These surveys are being conducted by AITEC Asesores Internacionales, SRL and Fundació Eurecat.
Potential risks and inconveniences: There are no physical, legal or economic risks associated with your participation in this study. The submission of each survey will be possible only if you answer all its questions, so it will be mandatory to complete all the responses to participate in each scenario of study.
Please note however that once you submit the survey, you may not be able to change and/or request the deletion of your results. The data collected from you will only be used by DIAMOND researchers.
Reimbursement: You will not be compensated for answering the surveys.
Voluntary participation: Participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous as we won’t be able to link the results to a respondent.
Data Controller: To carry out these surveys, Eurecat is using the platform TYPEFORM, acting as the data processor. TYPEFORM does not require the user to register and answers will be anonymous. Once a survey is completed, the data provided through the questionnaire will be passed on to AITEC (with registered office at Calle Charles Robert Darwin 20, Paterna, Valencia) to be able to perform a segregated analysis of the responses according to different profile characteristics of the participants.
Your data will not be passed on to third-party companies, unless there is a legal obligation to do so. Should this case arise, authorisation will be sought first from the concerned parties.
Data Protection: Eurecat has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures that guarantee the security of the data provided and avoid its alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorized access considering the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations.
Your answers will be treated confidentially and the information you provide will be kept anonymous in any research outputs/publications. Your data will be accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The data provided by participants in the DIAMOND project will be retained while the project’s obligations are in effect.
The user may exercise the aforementioned rights, under the terms provided for in current legislation, at the registered office of Eurecat or request to do so by sending an email to dpo@eurecat.org.
