Ajeni Ari Thimnu, researcher at the Technological University of Dublin, and Chris Blache, cofounder of Genre & Ville, have participated in a LunchNLearn webinar organised by the Irish Human Factors & Ergonomics Society (IHFES) on January 27th.
During the webinar, titled “Addressing Women needs as users and employees in mobility services”, Thimnu and Blache presented DIAMOND’s White Paper, based on the main recommendations and findings obtained within the project.

DIAMOND White Paper considers some key issues and actions to move towards a fair inclusive and women-participated mobility and transport system. This document has the objective to enhance women’s participation as users and employees to support the design of more inclusive and fairer mobility services.
The IHFES is an interdisciplinary organisation formed by professional people involved in the ergonomics field. This society works to promote the discovery and exchange of knowledge concerning the characteristics of human beings that are applicable to the design of systems and devices of all kinds.
