The DIAMOND White Paper has been presented during the webinar “Let’s Talk Women & Transport: Needs, Barriers and Success Stories”, organised within the Association for European Transport (AET) – Transport and Mobility Forum on March 3rd.
During the webinar, Maria Chiara Leva, DIAMOND Dissemination Manager from the Technological University of Dublin, presented the project’s White Paper, based on the main recommendations and findings obtained during the project execution.
DIAMOND White Paper considers some key issues and actions to move towards a fair inclusive and women-participated mobility and transport system. This document has the objective to enhance women’s participation as users and employees to support the design of more inclusive and fairer mobility services.
The Association for European Transport (AET), founded in 1998, is a non-profit making organisation working to advance transport planning through discussion and debate amongst professionals. The AET Transport and Mobility Forum has the objective to promote active engagement of AET members and member-groups with each other and with other like-minded transport organisations through a range of activities including online webinars and discussions focused on a diverse range of transport and related topics of interest.
