The DIAMOND project has been present at the webinars “Women in Transport: Leveraging change for needs responsive mobility”, organised during the Transport Research Arena TRA2020 Conference, celebrated last 2nd of July.
Transport Research Arena (TRA), the largest European research and technology conference on transport and mobility, counted with the participation of experts from around the world to discuss the latest innovations and future challenges of mobility and transport.
DIAMOND project partners, together with representatives from TinnGO project and CambiaMO, have organised two sessions of the webinars Women in Transport. One around “Gender approach to climate change issues” and the other on “Gender in data analysis”.
The first session aimed to discuss and learn more about the link between women mobility, transport systems and climate change. During this session, DIAMOND project’s partners presented the paper “Seeking Fair Inclusion of Women in Public Transport Using Urban (Big) Data for more sustainable choices: The Case of H2020 DIAMOND Project”.
