The presentation talked about the overall methodological approach of the DIAMOND project, with particular reference to innovative research activities based on the analysis of large-scale structured open data to support the design of gender-equitable and inclusive transport systems. Within the objectives of the Use Case 1 ‘Public Transport Infrastructures – Railway’, this is based on the use of GIS-Geographic Information Systems for the analysis of geolocalized open data (territorial, socio-demographic and mobility data) and social media data from Twitter.
The DIAMOND team are delighted to have participated in such an informative and valuable Conference in Bolzano!
