D9.8 Innovation management outcome analysis - Abstract

The present report provides the required literature and enables the reader to understand the innovation management approaches for DIAMOND consortium. The Innovation Management task was considered as an adaptive task which successfully evolved according to different project phases.

The most important results of the innovation management task have been:
• Raise awareness on the importance of innovation at company level.
• Train and advice partners on how to stimulate innovation and establishing the necessary management structures.
• Increase the collaboration between partners.
• Promote the innovation culture inside the consortium.
• Provide tools for sharing ideas and promoting the innovation culture.

The aim is that the learnings, thoughts and on-going conversations about the topics covered in the innovation management task not only influenced the development of the DIAMOND projects, its results and methodologies, but also to have an impact on the consortium organisations after the project ends.
