D1.2 Project quality plan – Abstract

This deliverable has been created by Coordination team – Project coordinator (EUT) with the support of the technical coordinator (AITEC) The goal is to ensure an efficient execution of the project and thus contribute to the production of high quality project results, providing to the beneficiaries a document that indicates procedures and tools for monitoring the project progress. It also describes DIAMOND Risk Management Strategy in order to identify, assess and uncertainty control to ensure project success.
